Within Murex, the presales team comprises product and service experts who empower Murex to successfully sell its MX.3 offerings to financial institutions. Presales consultants collaborate closely with business developers and client managers to craft compelling value propositions that secure deals, deliver precise responses to requirements from prospects or existing clients, and showcase Murex's MX.3's impressive capabilities. They also present the available service offers with impact. The presales team is dedicated to creating and maintaining artifacts that give Murex a competitive edge over other vendors. Their expertise spans multiple domains, including Trading, Investment Management, Back-Office Operations & Finance, Securities Finance, Enterprise Risk Management, Integration & Architecture, and Professional and Managed Services. Positioned at the crossroads of various functions within Murexfrom Product Evolution teams to Business Development and Client Service teamsthe presales team offers its members a constant and valuable source of career growth. The Trading presales lead is responsible for leading presales processes on a set of asset classes supported by MX.3 for a wide list of topics which can involve pre-trade, sales, pricing, trade-level risk management or life cycle management, position management, central treasury and more. The mission includes the following activities: Contributing to the sales strategy mainly leading the functional fit and value proposition through competitive analysis. Mapping of requests from prospects/clients with the MX.3 product in the space of Trading and sharing opinion on product fit (qualification) Providing high quality responses to RFIs (request for information) and RFPs (request for proposal) Preparing and delivering impacting Murex MX.3 demos and workshops to prospects/clients Ensuring transfer of detailed information from presales to the project team for won deals Creating and maintaining overtime presales artefacts (knowledge bases, demo script, MX.3 value presentations, marketing materials, commercial catalogue ) Developing and maintaining high level of product knowledge Providing inputs to Product Evolution teams on market trends and evolving requirements Contributing to internal workstreams such as Go To Market campaigns The position is based in New York and travel is expected as required by sales opportunities Who You Are
You are a trading expert in multiple asset classes with a minimum of 8 years of Front Office experience Expertise in Treasury, FX and Linear rates is required Previous experience with Murex's MX.3 is highly preferred Strong interpersonal and cross-functional skills (ability to work with multiple teams) Excellent communication (written and oral) Excellent story telling and presentation skills (presales configuration / demo experience a real bonus) Ability to absorb workload peaks with a sales-oriented mind Has worked on presales before Periods of travel required for demo and/or internal workshops Why Join Us?

Murex provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York City as set forth below and information on benefits offered.
