Bring your skills and experience to Bells Global Trade Compliance department as an innovative, analytical teammate with a global mindset to join our team as a Trade Compliance Sr. Analyst Customs. This position partners with key stakeholders providing import guidance to ensure compliance with U.S. regulations while enabling successful international business activities. In this role, you will continuously improve Bells global trade program through automation, process streamlining, training, risk assessments, etc. The Trade Compliance Sr. Analyst must demonstrate a deep understanding of the various regulations governing global trade and is responsible for reviewing import transactions to ensure compliance with Customs and Participating Government Agency requirements. The Analyst will also assess and pursue opportunities to reduce Bells annual tariff expenses. What youll be doing as a Trade Compliance Sr. Analyst: Lead in developing/updating company policy and procedures related to import compliance Design, document, implement, and maintain systems to qualify products/transactions for tariff reductions under special trade programs Maintain required records Manage Bell's Customs brokers and freight forwarders Perform audits/self-assessments Present global trade related training materials Skills You Bring To this Role: Well-organized self-starter with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work Ability to work through complex issues with team members and across departments, levels, and with external customers Ability to identify training needs and deliver training to fill knowledge gaps Superior interpersonal and communication skills as well as excellent judgment and discretion Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint What you need to be successful: Bachelor's Degree 5+ years experience leading tariff reduction opportunities under special trade programs Experience with SAP, ENOVIA, ACE, Business Objects is preferred Licensed Customs Broker preferred What we offer you in return: Youll be off every other Friday with our 9/80 work schedule 80 hours of Personal Time Off (PTO) 120 hours Vacation time 12-13 paid holidays per year 6 weeks parental leave On-site clinic, pharmacy, physical therapy, and licensed counselor Access to more than 11 Employee Resource Groups And so much more Its time to make your mark on the future of aviation.
