Responsible for locking interest rates, disclosing initial and updated disclosures, and monitoring new loan submissions for Retail Lending. Locks the interest rate at application Produces and delivers initial and updated disclosures Uploads rate sheets to the core loan system Updates loan pricing and fees as needed Monitors incoming applications to comply with disclosure delivery requirements Responsibilities

High school diploma or equivalent Experience
Knowledge of customer service principles 2-3 years of related work experience Strong attention to detail Physical Demands
The physical activities may include climbing, reaching, standing, lifting, talking, hearing and performing repetitive motions Medium exertion; up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 20 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects Close visual acuity for preparing and analyzing data and figures Moderate noise level in the work environment Benefits and Perks
