Learning and Development Specialist
As a Global Engineering Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting strategic initiatives in engineering learning development. You will collaborate with product development functional teams to support key competency training and learning solutions. Use your passion for continuous learning and skill development to propel our organization to new heights. Responsibilities Collaborate with product development teams to design and implement learning strategies. Manage learning and development projects, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives. Develop and deliver presentations tailored to various audiences. Utilize strong project management skills to communicate project plans and status updates. Foster strong relationships across the organization to build trust and achieve alignment. Plan and coordinate training events, working closely with subject matter experts. Analyze data to make informed decisions and recommendations. Manage data files, reports, and training materials in Excel, HCM, and Degreed. Investigate innovative solutions for continuous improvement through benchmarking. Support customers with a positive attitude, understanding their needs. Work with external vendors to manage and coordinate training courses. Essential Skills 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or project management. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences. Strong presentation and collaborative decision-making skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Ability to evolve projects from ambiguity to a clear plan. Self-motivated with strong multitasking abilities. Problem-solving skills to address roadblocks or issues independently. Additional Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of Ariba is desirable. Experience in customer support, data management, event planning, financial analysis, and vendor management. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.32 - $29.00/hr.
