Hardware Lab Technician (Servers) / Data Center Technician Microsoft Managed Services About the Role Join our Managed Services team working on permanent projects at the Microsoft campus in Raleigh, NC. This is a full-time, on-site role from Monday to Friday. Biblioso offers healthcare, benefits, and a competitive annual salary range of $62,400 to $68,640. Please note this position is for direct hires on W2 only and is not open to C2C or third-party arrangements. Responsibilities Physical Infrastructure Manage all aspects of end-to-end physical infrastructure for Hardware Engineering and Testing. Coordinate vendor and logistics for deployment. Integrate support and coordinate with other lab sites for solution delivery. Implement physical setups including racks, network equipment, power distribution units, and monitoring/automation tools. Build and deploy servers with associated wiring, configuration, and monitoring. Design and deploy cabling and power requirements, covering electrical engineering, board troubleshooting, and validation. Administration & Support Design and manage servers, VMs, and private networks/testing domains using Hyper-V, AD with integrated DNS and imaging, and SCCM. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues. Perform typical support activities, including handling requests for issues and changes, investigating root causes, and implementing fixes at all software and hardware levels. Implement designs from various teams to support hardware validation and qualification work. Support remote workers with physical dependencies for qual and validation work. Set up and configure equipment for threshold and physical validation, such as oscilloscopes and capture mechanisms. Coordinate with
