Level 3 support Active Directory Windows Job Description
Design and implement desktop automation solutions including build, application packaging, deployment, patching, and virtual desktop management. Manage Windows workstations (physical and virtual) using Intune, including administration, application management, and security. Work with Autopilot for building and imaging corporate end-user devices, specifically Windows 10/11 desktops. Automate application packaging and deployment for Windows 10/11 desktops, including Win32App, MSI, PowerShell, VBS, Exe, and Bat scripts. Automate deployment of vendor software to desktops. Manage and implement patches for Windows 10/11 devices using Microsoft Autopatch and vendor mechanisms, including documentation and process improvement. Document processes and review them regularly for maintenance and enhancement. Manage Azure Virtual Desktop deployment, automation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Use ticketing systems to manage issues and report solutions. Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 desktop issues and handle Level 3 incidents, including liaising with Microsoft or other vendors. Experience with Entra AD, including app registration and conditional access. Active Directory Group Policy troubleshooting is a plus. Additional Details
