$80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Compensation
range and earnings are an estimate and based on commission. Responsibilities
Graduate from PLACE Launch Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs and guiding them through the entire process Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay informed about current trends, market conditions, and property values Assist clients in pricing their properties and effectively marketing them to attract potential buyers Negotiate and facilitate real estate transactions, ensuring all necessary paperwork and legal requirements are met Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to provide expert advice and guidance to clients Utilize effective marketing strategies and tools to promote properties and expand your network of potential clients Demonstrate a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and commitment to achieving sales targets and personal growth Qualifications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid real estate license (Required to join the team!) 1-3+ years real estate sales experience (preferred, but not required) Good written and verbal communication skills Proficient in using technology and real estate software tools/accessories Organized and prepared, ready to run Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Newly licensed or close to finishing pre-licensing?
