Focus:

Training and developing SDRs (inbound & outbound) to improve performance, onboarding, and sales effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate live & virtual sales training (cold calling, objection handling, etc.) Create enablement materials (talk tracks, playbooks, certifications) Partner with SDR leaders to identify skill gaps Track & improve program effectiveness using performance data Requirements: 4+ years in sales enablement or SDR-focused GTM roles Strong understanding of SDR motions Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Seismic, Allego preferred Account Manager - Crossplatform Gaming -San Francisco #J-18808-Ljbffr
