We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Fusion Consultant with expertise in workflow changes, foreign currency setup, integrations, and user support. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Cloud Fusion applications, bridging the gap between technical and functional teams to ensure seamless business operations. Responsibilities Oracle Cloud Fusion Workflow Changes & Process Automation:
Design, configure, and modify Oracle Cloud Fusion workflows across various modules (Finance, Procurement, SCM, HCM, etc.). Develop and optimize approval hierarchies, notifications, and automation rules. Troubleshoot and resolve workflow-related issues in coordination with business users and IT teams. Provide training and documentation to ensure efficient workflow utilization. Foreign Currency Setup and Management:
Configure and maintain foreign currency exchange rates, conversion methods, and multi-currency transactions in Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials. Ensure proper accounting and reporting of currency transactions, including revaluations and translations. Work with finance teams to troubleshoot and resolve foreign currency discrepancies. Provide training on multi-currency processing and related Oracle Fusion functionalities. Integrations & System Enhancements:
Design and develop integrations between Oracle Cloud Fusion and third-party applications. Ensure seamless data flow between systems while maintaining data integrity. Support enhancements to existing integrations and recommend best practices for efficiency. Collaborate with IT teams to optimize system performance and usability. End-User Support & Training:
Act as a primary point of contact for Oracle Cloud Fusion end-users, troubleshooting functional and technical issues. Conduct training sessions and create user guides to enhance end-user proficiency. Provide ongoing post-implementation support, enhancements, and continuous improvements. Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion Applications (Finance, SCM, HCM, or Procurement). Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion Workflow configurations and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of foreign currency setup and multi-currency transactions in Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials. Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Web Services, and APIs for integrations. Proficiency in SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, and FBDI for reporting and data migration. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Oracle Cloud Certification in Financials, Procurement, or HCM. Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Knowledge of Oracle Security and audit compliance.
