The Donovan’s Venom is a 501c3 nonprofit organization focused on curating universal accessibility to fine arts and music education for all. We are passionately dedicated to ensuring that everyone, regardless of financial circumstances, has access to high-quality music education, performance opportunities, and fine art. We aim to inspire, empower, and uplift communities by fostering a love for music and the arts through our commitment to education, inclusivity, diversity, and social impact, which drives us to expand our reach continually and enrich the lives of those we serve.
We’re looking for a Head of Salesforce to join our growing team!
What you’ll do:
Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new Salesforce functionalities and processes
Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce technologies and tools that can enhance the organization’s CRM capabilities and drive innovation
Continuously improve the user experience by gathering feedback, analyzing usage patterns, and making enhancements to Salesforce configurations
Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems and applications to streamline business operations
Monitor the performance of Salesforce systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Lead the customization of Salesforce to meet specific business requirements, including the development of custom objects, workflows, and automation processes
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of experience managing a Salesforce team
Experience with Salesforce data management and analytics
Experience developing and delivering training programs for Salesforce users, as well as providing ongoing support
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Lightning
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for Salesforce that align with broader business goals and drive growth
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
