CyberSheath Services International LLC is a rapidly growing Managed Services Provider focused on Cybersecurity services for the Defense Industrial Base (DIB). We are expanding our staff and seeking a Senior Cloud Operations Engineer to join our team. We help clients improve security by integrating compliance and threat mitigation efforts and optimizing existing security investments. The Cloud Operations Engineer is a customer-facing role that supports project and deployment tasks for CyberSheath Managed Services clients during onboarding and technology initiatives. The successful candidate will engage with new clients to understand their architecture, implement CyberSheath solutions, and address any gaps that arise. They will work as part of a project team responsible for managing, supporting, and delivering migration/implementation projects related to clients IT systems. The candidate should have a detailed understanding of on-premises and cloud-hosted Microsoft systems (including Office 365 and Azure) and apply that knowledge to manage customer environments. Essential Responsibilities

Provision and deliver computer systems and services, both on-premises and cloud-hosted solutions Regularly perform migrations to Office 365 (email, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams), server migrations to Azure, and implement various Azure technologies Design and deliver secure cloud solutions in Office 365 and Azure Architecture, design, system evaluation and analysis, and infrastructure assessments Deploy and maintain tools and monitoring agents (e.g., endpoint protection, vulnerability management, log collection, multifactor authentication, RMM) Track activities, case notes, and time entries within the Service Desk ticketing system Coordinate with internal CyberSheath stakeholders to identify tasks, timelines, and budgets Provide timely updates to internal teams and clients regarding project status Drive technical implementation tasks to completion within budgeted deadlines Proactively communicate with clients to ensure requests are addressed Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot onboarding implementation issues Other duties as assigned Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Minimum of 7+ years of experience in System Administration, including Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Azure Administration, Server Management (Active Directory Group Policy), Deployment and Migrations Proven experience with Office 365 email migrations and cloud, P2V, V2V server migrations Experience with Intune enrollment and policies Intermediate networking experience (TCP/IP, routing, SSH, VPN) Knowledge of automation tools and scripting Knowledge of security tools (EDR, SIEM, MFA, DLP, AIP, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex systems Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and ability to balance workloads Comfort with leading technical discussions with clients and CyberSheath personnel Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment Must be a U.S. Citizen and reside within the United States or its Territories Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Experience with Government flavors of Office 365, Azure, or AWS Experience with ConnectWise suite of products Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Ability to work in a virtual environment Travel: approximately 20% Some on-call, shift, weekend, and evening work may be required. Budgeted Pay Range: $110,000 - $130,000 USD #J-18808-Ljbffr
