Maintenance Engineer

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for entering vacant units to perform necessary repairs to prepare them for new tenants. Tasks include patching, spackling, painting, changing light fixtures, replacing broken shower bars, installing new vanities, fixing leaky faucets, and replacing toilets. Although candidates do not need to have experience with every task, a well-rounded skill set is preferred. Responsibilities: Perform patch, spackle, and paint work in vacant units. Replace light fixtures and repair electrical components such as re-wiring fans. Conduct minor plumbing repairs, including fixing leaky faucets and replacing toilets. Install new vanities and repair broken shower bars. Address HVAC issues and perform general labor tasks as needed. Essential Skills: Experience in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. Ability to patch, spackle, and paint. Capability to perform drywall repairs. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
