Certified HVAC Technician Expert Installer & Troubleshooter

We're looking for a Certified HVAC Technician with strong troubleshooting skills and installation experience to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine inspections and cleaning of HVAC systems to ensure year-round comfort. Diagnose and repair system issues including leaks, worn parts, and airflow problems. Replace filters and make system adjustments to enhance efficiency and reduce energy costs. Use advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve complex HVAC problems quickly and effectively. Installation: Install furnaces, air handlers, coils, and other HVAC components for residential comfort. Fabricate and install ductwork, ensuring proper sizing and sealing for optimal performance. Install refrigerant lines, electrical wiring, and control systems for efficient operation. Connect and secure components according to manufacturer specifications. Customer Interaction: Clearly explain system operations and maintenance procedures to customers. Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions in a friendly, professional manner. Required Skills & Qualifications
EPA Certification and valid HVAC license (state-specific) Strong technical knowledge of HVAC principles, refrigerant handling, and electrical systems Proficiency with hand tools (wrenches, drills, measuring devices, etc.) Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in tight spaces, and climb ladders Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to operate a tablet or mobile device for dispatching jobs, collecting payments, and updating service records Work Environment: Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Residential homes, including attics and crawl spaces Fast-paced, hands-on environment with a focus on quality and safety Why Join Us?
