Position Clinic Director & Physical Therapist – Interior Alaska
Responsibilities
Leadership Opportunity: Take ownership of clinic operations with the autonomy to build and grow your team.
Strong Support System: Enjoy full operational and administrative support from a seasoned back-office team so you can focus on patient care.
Compensation & Benefits
Unique Compensation Model: Includes revenue sharing, an annual performance bonus, and optional equity involvement.
Relocation/Sign On Bonus: We’ll financially assist with your move to Alaska.

Ideal Candidate
Licensed Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of clinical experience (leadership experience preferred)
