Overview
Fairbanks Memorial Hospital, a subsidiary of Foundation Health Partners, is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our anesthesia team. Schedule: 3 weeks on, 2 weeks off, with 12-hour shifts. Expect a bread-and-butter caseload including general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, ENT, podiatry, healthy pediatrics, and GI procedures with physician oversight. High-acuity cases are less frequent in this rural health system, offering a dynamic and engaging practice with predictable downtime. Provide CRNA services with physician oversight for a diverse surgical caseload across 4-5 ORs daily, plus one additional out-of-OR assignment (OB or GI procedures). Work as part of a team with 5 full-time anesthesiologists and a goal of 12 CRNAs. Deliver anesthesia care in a rural health system with opportunities for professional growth while maintaining work-life balance. Compensation and Benefits

Master’s degree in nursing with knowledge of clinical care and patient treatment. Graduation from a graduate program approved by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs. Certified by NBCRNA as a CRNA and eligible to practice in Alaska. Valid current or temporary Alaska RN license. Preferred Qualifications
Doctorate degree (PhD/DNP) preferred. Experience in an acute care setting as a CRNA within the past 12 months preferred. Living in Fairbanks
