System Analyst - Respite4Kids Program

Salary Range $65,000 to 70,000

About the Role:

As System Analyst, you will be the backbone of our data and billing processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth operations on the technical side of the program. This position plays a critical role in managing data integrity, billing accuracy, and backend system performance. You will work closely with providers, billing teams, and our webhost to keep the system functioning flawlessly.

Responsibilities: Manage data uploads, billing processes, and compliance reporting Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in billing and provider data Collaborate with the webhost to address backend system issues Generate and present reports to leadership on program performance Maintain strong accuracy in data management using intermediate level Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), Word, and PowerPoint Assist with compliance and audit preparation as required Travel as needed to support provider or program needs Qualifications:

Associate's degree minimum, bachelor's degree preferred Prior experience in billing, finance, or data management preferred Intermediate level Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), Word, and PowerPoint experience Strong analytical and presentation skills Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability Ability to resolve discrepancies and maintain compliance Must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Travel required Why Join Unison?
