Salary Range: 60,000 to $67,000

About the Role:

As Program Administrator, you will be the front facing leader of the Respite4Kids program, directly engaging with respite providers and onboarding OhioRISE youth into our system. This is not just administration; it is community impact. You will represent the program at vendor tables, community events, and outreach efforts, serving as the bridge between families, providers, and our system.

Primary Duties: Manage intake and onboarding of respite providers and OHRISE youth Serve as the first point of contact for providers, caregivers, and families Travel to community events and present on behalf of the program Handle questions, discrepancies, and problem solving with compassion and efficiency Maintain compliance with program policies and regulations Use intermediate level Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), Word, and PowerPoint to track and report program progress Partner closely with internal teams to ensure program success Education/Experience/Other Requirements

:

Associate's degree minimum, bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 2 years in customer service or administrative support Intermediate level Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), Word, and PowerPoint experience Excellent people skills, time management, and attention to detail Strong problem-solving ability and compliance awareness Ability to travel as needed for events and outreach
