At NorthBay Health, we are seeking a Board-Certified Hospitalist (Nocturnist) to join our highly regarded and collaborative inpatient care team in Northern California. Role and Responsibilities: Position Type: Full-time; 10 shifts per month Shifts: Night coverage only (Nocturnist role); 12-hour shifts Patient Population: Adult inpatient general medicine EMR: Cerner Hospital Setting: Community-based with strong tertiary affiliations Qualifications

Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school Training: Completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine OR Family Medicine residency Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible (New Graduates Only) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Licensure: Valid and unrestricted California medical license (or eligibility to obtain) Experience: At least one (1) year of hospitalist experience preferred, though recent graduates will also be considered Compensation and Perks:

Shift Rate: $2,520 per 12-hour night shift (6 PM to 6AM OR 7 PM to 7 AM) coverage. Quality Bonus Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Assistance available for qualified candidates Work-Life Balance: Structured schedules that promote physician well-being
