Peer Recovery Coach , you'll play a vital role in supporting patients, families, and healthcare providers by assessing needs, facilitating treatment, and coordinating ongoing care for those with Substance Use Disorders. High School Diploma required
Must hold a
Supervised Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor
license with the
Maryland Board
Experience Requirements Minimum Education and Experience: High school diploma or G.E.D. is required. The candidate must be actively engaged in his/her own recovery program with a minimum of three years of demonstrated personal recovery and sustained abstinence from alcohol and/or drug use. Minimum of 1 year experience as a peer recovery coach
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong customer service and organizational skills
Clear and compassionate communication-written, verbal, and electronic
Ability to thrive in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
Solid math, reading, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with typing and word processing

Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
