Essential Maintenance Job Functions: Repair all production equipment and plant equipment. Execute line and equipment changeovers. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems during production. Promote teamwork by talking it out, brainstorming, using your experience and learning from each other.
