Overview
We are looking for a Beauty Marketing Consultant for a top skincare brand hybrid out of their NYC offices. This position is a key member of the Company's US Marketing Team, liaising closely with internal and external partners to drive the success of the US business with key franchise management responsibility. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with energy, an entrepreneurial spirit, and strong problem-solving skills. Existing skincare knowledge or a high level of interest in this category is helpful. This position reports to the SVP, Head of Marketing and will work with the Manager of Product Marketing to enable brand success and growth. Responsibilities
Business Management: Lead and execute product animations, develop and analyze business data, track and report on the impact of launch and promotional activities, and forecast to meet gross, net, and profit targets by overseeing campaign execution. Performance: Strategize resource allocations across the assigned franchise(s) to optimize brand performance, anticipate risks, and develop contingency plans. Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams and leadership to translate the brand strategy into customer-centric plans, including delivery of promotional materials, product information, scientific abstracts, go-to-market initiatives (online and offline), loyalty and acquisition tactics, and retail partnerships. Materials for sales support: Ideate and execute materials for the professional sales team to drive business. Required Qualifications
BS/BA Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 6-10 years of experience in product marketing; beauty experience is preferred but not required Results-oriented, collaborative team player Consumer-centric, entrepreneurial, self-starter Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Appreciation for the aesthetic industry, skincare mtier, and technology is helpful About Solomon Page
