Logistics Management I
This position requires an active
Secret
clearance to be considered.
A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident to qualify.
Performs analysis and provides advice to the Executive Director on the effectiveness and productivity of operations in support of the day-to-day operations of Office of the Executive Director (T/EX).
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for
Logistics Management I : $89,832
Pay commensurate with experience.

Logistics Management I Responsibilities Include: Working closely with team leaders on projects including space management, creating floor plans for bureau office relocations, renovation work. Assisting with annual inventory and asset management in T/EX, barcoding, scanning and entering information into the database to ensure the office meets the annual inventory goal. Serving as liaison between vendors and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and to ensure customer satisfaction. Providing escort for outside vendors and construction service providers. Using automated administrative systems and software systems to obtain information and support the office such as Integrated Library Management System Develops spreadsheets reflecting credit card usage on GSA vehicle throughout the year. Transporting staff, materials, mail, parcels, and supplies. Performs other job-related duties as assigned Logistics Management I Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years experience providing executive level support Minimum of 5 years' experience performing analysis of programs and operations Skill and knowledge of life cycle logistics support for assigned systems or supply, maintenance, and procurement into logistics activities. Skill in aanalyze supply transactions or provide customer service for urgent critical shortage items. Proficient in IT computers and workstation setup. Knowledge of the Purchase Card regulations, policies, procedures, guidelines. Skills Microsoft® Office suite (Word®, Outlook®, Excel®).
