Logistics Management Analyst - Mid-Level
This position requires an active
Secret
clearance to be considered. A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident to qualify.
The Logistics Management Analyst – Mid-Level supports the Office of the Executive Director (T/EX) by analyzing and advising on the effectiveness and productivity of day-to-day operations across the T Family bureaus. This role provides comprehensive logistics management support, including inventory and asset management, space planning, IT workstation setup, and general administrative support. The analyst works closely with leadership to ensure smooth operations and compliance with federal policies and procedures.
Compensation & Benefits Estimated Starting Salary Range for
Logistics Management Analyst - Mid-Level : $101,517.00
Pay commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
Serving as team leader for logistics management across all T Family bureaus.
Supporting inventory and asset management activities, including barcoding, scanning, and database entry to meet annual inventory goals.
Providing General Services Office (GSO) support services for T Family bureaus.
Assisting with IT computer and workstation setups.
Supporting space management projects, including creating floor plans for office relocations and renovation work.
Performing day-to-day administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Receiving and managing delivery of equipment and furniture in support of three bureaus.
Escorting and providing security oversight for outside vendors and contractors performing work in bureau spaces.
Utilizing automated systems and software (e.g., Integrated Library Management System, Microsoft Word, Excel) to obtain and manage logistics-related information.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Experience, Education, Skills, and Abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing executive-level support.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience performing program and operational analysis.
Knowledge and application of life cycle logistics support, including supply, maintenance, and procurement activities.
Ability to analyze supply transactions and provide customer service for urgent or critical shortages.
Proficiency in IT workstation and computer setup.
Strong knowledge of federal purchase card regulations, policies, and procedures.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Strong organizational and communication skills to support multiple bureaus and senior leadership.
Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
