Leasing Consultant
Cypressbrook Multifamily Management is seeking a high-energy and service-driven Leasing Consultant to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining high occupancy and excellent resident relations through professional leasing and administrative support. We are committed to maintaining high standards of excellence through speed, skill, and stewardship.
Reports to: Property Manager, Leasing Director, or Regional Manager
Key Responsibilities
Greet prospective residents, demonstrate units, and highlight community features to close leases. Complete and process rental applications, background checks, and lease agreements in accordance with Fair Housing regulations. Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-in traffic in a timely and professional manner. Update availability, follow up with prospects, and maintain guest card and leasing records. Monitor and ensure apartments are ready for move-ins; conduct inspections as needed. Participate in marketing efforts, neighborhood outreach, and competitor market surveys. Assist with planning and hosting resident events and retention initiatives. Maintain accurate records in the property management system and assist with administrative tasks. Report maintenance issues and follow up on service requests to ensure resident satisfaction. Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. Fair Housing Certification, or willingness to obtain prior to leasing activity. 2+ years of customer service or leasing experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed. Must pass background check and drug screening. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software is a plus. Pay & Perks

Two (2) years experience in previous relevant customer service. Neat, clean, professional at all times throughout the workday and/or whenever present at the community. Comply with expectations as demonstrated in the employee handbook. Demonstrate ability to diffuse and respond to customer concerns to avoid escalation of the problem.
