Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Bilingual Staffing Recruiter located in Irving, TX. The Bilingual Staffing Recruiter will handle daily tasks such as recruiting, hiring, and placing staff in various roles. This role is crucial for managing our full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and employee support. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish, a proven track record in high-volume recruiting, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Conduct outbound phone calls to follow up with applicants and potential candidates. Pre-screen candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific job openings. Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate experience, personality, and cultural fit. Manage the entire onboarding process, including paperwork, background checks, I-9, and E-Verify compliance. Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for various roles. Collaborate with hiring managersto understand their specific staffing needs. Assist in job posting and advertisement creation to attract top talent. Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our applicant tracking system. Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients. Support the attainment of daily headcount results. Conduct new hire safety and orientations. Provide payroll processing and employee time tracking support. Qualifications: Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, staffing, or a similar role (3+ years of recruitment experience). Bilingual with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish (written and oral). Strong knowledge of I-9 and E-Verify compliance. Must be comfortable making a high volume of outbound phone calls. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and applicant tracking systems. Seniority level
