Senior Military Recruiter
We are seeking a Senior Military Recruiter with Program/Project Management expertise to recruit top military talent while also coordinating SkillBridge cohorts, events, reporting, and stakeholder communications. This dual role blends full life cycle recruiting with program management to align hiring with Oracle's veteran initiatives and ensure a steady pipeline of veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses into Oracle's technical and operations functions. Recruiting Responsibilities
Execute full life cycle recruiting for military and veteran talent into Oracle technical/IT roles. Source and engage candidates through military partnerships, student veteran networks, and career transition events. Build and maintain relationships with military installations, universities, and veteran-serving organizations to expand candidate pipelines. Screen, interview, and support candidates throughout the hiring process. Program/Project Management Responsibilities
Partner with program leads to support the execution of Oracle's military hiring strategies. Coordinate recruiting-related events, SkillBridge cohorts, and pipeline-building initiatives. Provide reporting, data tracking, and insights on pipeline health and recruiting performance. Manage stakeholder communication and ensure smooth collaboration across recruiters, program managers, and hiring managers. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Prior military experience preferred. Strong understanding of the veteran and military spouse employment landscape, including VSOs, MSOs, transition programs, and community resources, with proven ability to translate this knowledge into recruitment strategies and partnerships. Experience partnering closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand role requirements, ensuring military talent is matched effectively to data center and technical opportunities. Demonstrated success in aligning external partnerships with internal business needs, resulting in measurable hiring outcomes and sustainable pipelines. Ability to pivot quickly and contribute effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment, balancing immediate hiring needs with long-term talent program goals. 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience; IT/technical recruiting background strongly preferred. 13 years of project or program management experience (formal or informal). Familiarity with military transition programs, including SkillBridge. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
