Military Recruiter (Contractor)

We are seeking a Military Recruiter (Contractor) to lead full life cycle recruiting efforts, attracting, sourcing, and hiring transitioning service members, veterans, and military spouses into Oracle's technical and operations roles. The recruiter will drive full life cycle recruiting of veterans and military spouses into Oracle's technical/IT positions, building sustainable pipelines through partnerships, transition programs, and career networks. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment for military talent, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through engagement with separating service members, student veterans, and military spouses. Leverage DoD SkillBridge programs and other veteran employment initiatives to connect candidates with Oracle opportunities. Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and match military talent to open roles. Track candidate pipelines and recruiting progress using applicant tracking systems. Represent Oracle at career fairs, base transition events, and recruiting initiatives. Provide guidance to candidates on translating military experience into Oracle career opportunities. Travel as required to support recruiting events and military installation visits (up to 30%). Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Prior Military experience preferred. 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in technology or IT. Experience with military talent; IT/technical recruiting experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience sourcing and placing military candidates into civilian careers. Strong understanding of military culture, occupations, and DOD SkillBridge. Ability to pivot quickly and contribute effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment, balancing immediate hiring needs with long-term talent program goals. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Ability to travel up to 30%. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $56,300 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 11 paid holidays Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
