This position will require the delivery of legal documents. HIRING HOURLY: $16.15, PLUS MILEAGE OPEN UNTIL FILLED APPLICATION REVIEW BEGINS IMMEDIATELY Duties and Responsibilities
Present legal documents to people who are part of court proceedings that require them to be formally notified of the actions. Delivers papers to defendants, witnesses or other parties whose input or participation has been deemed necessary by the magistrate court. This authority is for serving legal documents and is limited to civil disputes only. Minimum Qualifications
Applicant must have a minimum of a high school diploma (or GED), preference given to post high school education. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
The ability to read and interpret detailed instructions is imperative for this job. Ability to meet deadlines. Applicant will be required to travel and must have a valid SC driver license.
