As an RN Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Inspiring Leadership:
Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence and compliance. Expert Clinical Assessment:
Conduct thorough resident assessments, document findings, and communicate changes to physicians and families. Empowering Education:
Develop and implement engaging staff education programs to enhance clinical skills. Performance Excellence:
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to nursing staff. Quality Assurance Champion:
Participate in quality assurance programs to ensure optimal resident outcomes. Resident Advocacy:
Investigate and address any suspected abuse or neglect situations with sensitivity and diligence. Seamless Transitions:
Manage resident admissions, transfers, and discharges with efficiency and compassion. Medication Management:
Assist with physician orders and ensure accurate medication administration. Strategic Staffing:
Participate in staffing and scheduling to maintain optimal care delivery. Interdisciplinary Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Timely Task Completion:
Ensure all nursing tasks are completed promptly and efficiently. Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Nursing or Associate's degree in Nursing (RN). Proven Leadership:
Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in long-term care (LTC) or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Active RN License:
Current and valid Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania. What makes Redstone unique?
