Senior Electrical Engineer / Project Manager Join a dynamic and forward-thinking MEP consulting firm dedicated to delivering innovative engineering solutions. We're seeking a seasoned Senior Electrical Engineer with strong project management capabilities to lead multidisciplinary teams, drive technical excellence, and foster lasting client relationships. Responsibilities Lead project teams and manage budgets, schedules, and resources with precision and accountability Serve as Lead Engineer and/or Engineer of Record (EOR), providing technical leadership across design scopes Enhance operational efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement of technical processes Participate in project interviews and represent the firm with professionalism and expertise Communicate design concepts clearly to clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent engagement and quality service Present technical content to clients, internal staff, and at industry events Mentor junior engineers and contribute to staff development through training and guidance Play a key role in shaping and refining company standards and workflows Uphold and enforce the project Quality Management Plan (QMP) Perform additional duties as needed to support project and company success Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Minimum of 12 years of industry experience in building systems design Professional credential in discipline (e.g., PE, CPD, RCDD) Proven leadership experience in engineering and project management roles Strong interpersonal and team-building skills; ability to inspire and motivate others Demonstrated success in managing projects profitably and efficiently Proficiency in project billing, reporting, scheduling, and resource allocation Solid understanding of financial and operational aspects of project delivery Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and design software including Revit and AutoCAD

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
