Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (flex 8-5 as needed) | Occasional weekend OT

Adecco is hiring a

Bilingual Onsite Coordinator

to support one of our top clients in Buckeye, AZ! If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and love problem-solving, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with the world's leading staffing company.

What You'll Do:

Manage payroll activities and timekeeping using tools like

Kronos, Fieldglass, and Beeline

Scrub and validate data to ensure accuracy

Run workforce reports and analyze results

Troubleshoot discrepancies and provide timely solutions

Partner with associates and managers to keep daily operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

1+ years of payroll experience

Experience with Kronos, Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar tools

Strong attention to detail & data accuracy

Computer savvy with reporting skills

Flexibility for adjusted shifts and weekend overtime when needed

Pay Details:

$21.00 to $23.00 per hour
