Full Stack Engineer

We're seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our Emerging Technologies team. Our team is a fast-paced development team with the ability to change and adapt quickly based on demand. You'll work across the entire software development lifecycle, collaborating closely with solution architects, data scientists, and other engineers to deliver innovative AI Solutions. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing emerging solutions, creating cutting edge features, and integrating AI technologies within cloud environments. This position will be in our Knoxville, TN or Lafayette, LA offices. This position is located in our Lafayette, LA, Knoxville, TN office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. Your future duties and responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software applications using a variety of technologies Be comfortable to pivot quickly on priority shifting and fast-paced requirements delivery. Work on both client-side and server-side development tasks Package and deploy applications using containerization technologies (Docker, Terraform) Collaborate with the team to design and develop scalable solutions Implement front-end and back-end development tasks for web applications Work across a myriad of technology stacks in Azure, AWS, and GCP Ensure best practices and patterns are being implemented for AI & analytic solutions Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability Stay current on cutting-edge AI techniques Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in AI integration and full stack development Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information systems or related field, OR substantial and demonstrable industry experience in lieu of degree. Competence with AI, LLMs, and using AI programmatically. Experience in designing and integrating AI/GenAI with other products Proven experience coding in .Net (C#), Typescript, and Python (experience in additional languages a plus) Experience with JSON and working with JSON in databases. Familiarity with package managers and test frameworks Knowledge or experience in DevOps support and deployment including Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions, AWS CloudFormation, and other CI/CD is highly desirable Excellent problem-solving skills and strong verbal & written communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of an agile team (Scrum / Kanban) Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular Back-end development skills with proficiency in languages like Node.js, Python, or Java Experience with cloud platforms, specifically GCP, Azure and AWS Knowledge of AI technologies and their integration into web applications Familiarity with database management systems (PostgreSQL and NoSQL) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment US Citizenship is required and must be eligible and willing to obtain a US Government Security Clearance if required. Compensation range for this role in the U.S. is $100,400.00 - $247,100.00.
