AAA - The Auto Club Group, is seeking ambitious, business-minded, and visionary Entrepreneurial Agency Owners to join our team! This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven business people interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. Youll bring business or industry-relevant experience, and need a level of capital to ensure your agency delivers the service AAAand our membersexpect. Youll own and grow an insurance agency that serves new and prospective AAA Members. Youll sell property and casualty, life insurance and AAA memberships along with other products, to a well-defined and loyal client base. Youll offer programs for autos, bicycles, RVs and motorcycles. People value their AAA Membership for access to our trusted roadside assistance, and for the more than 126,000 opportunities to save on dining, shopping, hotels, rental cars, travel events and auto care. Responsibilities
Own and grow an insurance agency that serves AAA Members, selling Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Specialty Vehicles and Commercial Lines. Offer programs and brokered products from multiple carriers to meet diverse member needs (varies by state). Present financial and insurance products, including Term, Universal Life, Whole Life and Annuities. Lead the development of a compliant, profitable agency aligned with AAA protocols and standards. Qualifications
Self-motivated, results-driven business person with interest in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. Capital to invest in launching and growing the agency. Experience in business development, sales, and member services is preferred. Compensation & Benefits
Earning potential is unlimited through a 100% incentive-based compensation structure, with competitive new-business and renewal commissions, plus bonus programs to support agency growth. Additional programs include: Complementary lead programs linked to membership databases Education/Training Bonus Launch Bonus Marketing Reimbursement Strong support throughout the process: onboarding with a deployment plan, compliance guidance with AAA protocols, mixed in-person and virtual training, and access to resources and a network of experienced EAs and other business experts.
