Leasing Manager
to oversee all leasing and marketing activities at our 812-unit community located in Jacksonville, FL. We are looking for a professional, customer-focused candidate with experience in apartment leasing, marketing, resident retention, and relationship building. Responsibilities
Leads the leasing process with prospective residents and records information to determine needs and qualifications. Accompanies prospects to model/vacant apartments and explains size, layout, amenities, and terms of lease. Ensures consistent follow-up with prospects and processes applications for approval in compliance with policies and procedures. Responsible for processing lease renewals. Mentors and trains Leasing Consultant if needed. Prepares move-in readiness checks prior to move-in dates; follows up with new residents after move-in. Inspects premises periodically and arranges for necessary maintenance. Plans and coordinates resident events and maintains positive resident relations. Manages marketing duties including preparation of market surveys and social media postings; assists with sending out resident notices. Handles resident requests and complaints in a courteous, efficient manner. Weekend work may be required; adheres to all company policies including safety and Fair Housing. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications And Skills
Experience as a leasing professional. Up to one year of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with virtual and in-person community tours is preferred. Working knowledge of property management platforms (e.g., Yardi, Entrata, Yieldstar, CRM) preferred. Marketing skills with ability to execute a property marketing plan through outside marketing, social media, and resident events (familiar with the local market) preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills. Depending on the property, a valid drivers license and automobile insurance may be required. Benefits

Constant walking, standing, and sitting; frequent climbing of stairs; occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, crawling, squatting, pushing/pulling, and reaching above shoulders. Frequently lift less than 10 lbs; occasionally lift over 10 lbs. Strong finger dexterity with ability to grasp/turn. Good eyesight and hearing; ability to comprehend, speak, read, and communicate. Work in a variety of conditions, indoors and outdoors; moderate noise level.
