About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Analytics/Data Engineer to maintain and expand our critical BI project. You'll collaborate with our data, engineering, and clinical teams to build robust, scalable, and high-quality data workflows that power our platform and insights.
What You'll Do Maintain and optimize an ETL project (Python, DBT, cloud-based data workflows). Develop new data models, transformations, and analytics features. Work with data scientists, analysts, and product managers to deliver reliable data. Ensure data quality, integrity, and security. Troubleshoot data ingestion, transformation, and delivery issues. Contribute to documentation and best practices. Stay current with industry trends in data engineering and healthcare tech. What You'll Bring
3+ years in data engineering or similar roles. Strong Python and SQL skills. Experience with dbt for data modeling. Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake) and ETL/ELT. Experience with Git and collaborative development. Ability to work independently in a remote team. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. (Preferred) Healthcare experience (HIPAA, GDPR). (Preferred) Familiarity with Dagster or Airflow. Bonus Points For
Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau). Familiarity with Docker. Knowledge of data privacy and security. Experience with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7). What We Offer
