Overview
Associate Onboarding & Recertification for the Tesla Approved Collision Center (TACC) network. Responsible for onboarding new applicants and validating existing body shops to ensure consistent job flows, communication, and customer satisfaction. Location options: Austin, TX or Fremont, CA. Responsibilities
Onboard new Tesla Approved Collision Centers, including interviews, tooling identification, legal paperwork, account setup, and training Complete annual recertifications to ensure TACC continues to meet all program expectations post onboarding Evaluate and determine areas in need of additional TACC using available data Manage and maintain the application portal Work with dedicated Regional Network Managers to execute growth and performance plans Meticulous file storage and documentation of all work Qualifications
3+ years of collision, auto insurance, or other automotive industry experience Minimum of 6 months administrative experience Attention to detail and multi-tasking expertise General understanding of body shop tooling and operations Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel Benefits & Compensation
Compensation: $68,000 - $102,000 annual salary plus cash and stock awards and benefits. Pay may vary by location, knowledge, skills, and experience. Details of participation in benefit plans will be provided if an offer is made.
