The

Trade Compliance Coordinator

is responsible for ensuring all international trade activities comply with applicable laws and regulations while optimizing the efficiency of global logistics operations. This role involves classifying goods, managing import/export documentation, monitoring regulatory changes, and coordinating with customs brokers and freight forwarders. Supports the department by evaluating logistics performance, identifying opportunities to reduce costs, and assisting with internal audits, training, and special projects.

What You'll Do Ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations. Classify goods and manage import/export documentation. Monitor regulatory updates and maintain accurate records. Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, steam shipping lines, trucking, and internal teams. Analyze logistics performance and identify cost-saving opportunities. Support audits and investigations related to trade compliance and duty recovery. Prepare and submit regulatory documents to Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and other relevant authorities. What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, International Business, Logistics, or a related field. 3 + years of experience in trade compliance, logistics, or supply chain operations. Knowledge of U.S. import/export regulations and global trade compliance standards. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and trade compliance tools. Experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers. Knowledge of CBP's Automated Commercial Environment system to oversee the imports and exports. US Customs Regulations: Familiar with the US Code of Federal Regulations, mainly Title 15 and 19. What We Value
