Building Plans Examiner
Join the Development Services team in the role of Building Plans Examiner. Are you detail-oriented and knowledgeable in building construction codes and ordinances? We are looking for a Building Plans Examiner to join our team. In this role, you will perform duties related to reviewing and approving building construction plans ensuring compliance with pertinent codes and ordinances. In addition, you will provide assistance to the public with respect to permit process, code application, and code interpretation. The normal work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. or 7:30 am 5 p.m.; a flex schedule may be available. Candidates may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule with supervisor approval and must be able to report to the City of Roseville worksites when required. The position will remain open until filled.
