Overview
Our client, residential mortgage company, is currently seeking an onsite Recruiter II in Westlake Village, CA. Location: Westlake Village, CA 91361 Onsite/Remote: 100% Onsite Contract Length: Contract (open ended as long as there is a business need) Responsibilities Source candidate from resume databases, job board and professional organization job postings, and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Screen candidates by phone and conduct initial reference checks Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal clients to understand hiring needs Manage current candidate activity in the ATS Support interview scheduling for hiring manager Incorporate new recruiting ideas and methods to develop and advance recruiting skill set Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organizationu2019s culture and values
Qualifications
Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent work experience 3+ years of recruiting experience in mortgage recruiting Experience with building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research Excellent MS Office skills including Word and Excel Strong working knowledge of current federal/state regulations related to employment (i.e. EEOC, ADA, etc) ATS versatility and experience sourcing, tracking and managing candidates within the system
