We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at a Financial Institution in Westlake Village, CA. This is a 100% onsite position. Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator Location: 100% Onsite - Westlake Village, CA Hourly Rate: $30.00 (Contract Role) 3-6 Months Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $30.00/hr Responsibilities

Recruitment Support: Assist the Talent Acquisition team with job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and collecting feedback. Candidate Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers regarding interview logistics and communication. ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in applicant tracking systems (e.g., iCIMS, Ultipro). Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities align with company policies and applicable employment regulations. Onboarding: Coordinate offer letters, background checks, and new hire documentation, and support new hire orientation logistics. Reporting: Help track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of talent acquisition strategies. Outreach Support: Build relationships with external partners such as colleges and universities to help develop talent pipelines. General Support: Perform other duties as required, while exemplifying company values and culture. Qualifications
