s our Regional Paid Media Marketing Manager, you'll be a key driver of our digital media efforts for a 12-month period. This is a hands-on role for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2B media at a local level. You'll translate business objectives into effective, data-driven paid media strategies to generate and nurture qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize regional paid media campaigns across channels like paid search, paid social, and content syndication. Stakeholder Management: Partner directly with regional field marketing teams to develop media plans that support bundled media buys and account-based marketing initiatives. Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders to improve effectiveness and ROI. Budget Management: Manage and track paid media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation to meet demand generation targets. Innovation: Research new platforms and tactics. Develop and execute A/B tests to continually optimize campaigns. Reporting: Create and present comprehensive reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and insights. Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in B2B demand generation and paid media, with a focus on paid search, social, display, and content syndication. ABM campaign experience is a plus. Platform Expertise: Proven proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other B2B-focused platforms. Demandbase experience is preferred. Analytical & Strategic: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights. Deep understanding of the B2B buyer's journey. Communication: Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical teams. Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Contractor Mindset: Proven ability to quickly integrate into a team and deliver results with a focus on immediate impact and project completion.
