The role focuses on leading OFX’s growth efforts in North America by shaping the digital marketing and website strategy for B2B audiences, collaborating with regional marketing and commercial teams and the Digital Center of Excellence. What you’ll do

Design and deliver a digital channel strategy (display, programmatic, video, social, search) tailored for finance professionals and accountants to drive engagement, conversions, CPA efficiency, and revenue growth.

Develop targeted account segmentation and personalization strategies using intent data and ICP insights; plan and launch multi-channel ABM campaigns across paid media, content syndication, and web personalization.

Lead ABM-focused email workflows, and implement a first-party data strategy in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to drive performance and revenue.

Oversee campaign budgets to meet efficiency targets and ROI goals, with a focus on long-term business growth.

Partner with local commercial teams to identify pipeline opportunities and report on funnel performance; drive a data-driven marketing approach with cloud-based adtech/MarTech integrations.

Promote tracking discipline, maintain ad fraud protection, and ensure operational efficiency across digital marketing initiatives.

Collaborate with content, creative, and website teams to optimize paid search and other paid channels and align efforts with brand messaging and ICP.

Participate in commercial pipeline meetings and coordinate with regional teams across demand generation, content, partnerships, customer marketing, and product marketing to achieve KPIs.

How you will engage with stakeholders

Manage the regional commercial team and Head of Marketing NA as primary stakeholders; maintain alignment with global teams to understand impact on campaigns.

Collaborate with global website and digital teams to scope improvements to the website and user journey.

Forecast and track budgets and performance by geography; raise issues blocking delivery; align on priorities as they evolve.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

5+ years of digital marketing and account-based marketing experience.

Expertise in ABM and sales enablement platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, Seismic, TechTarget, Madison Logic).

Proficiency with Google Marketing Platform Suite (DV360, Campaign Manager, SA360, Google Ads, YouTube) and social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).

Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation, and CRM integrations; strong analytics using GA4; experience creating dashboards (Looker or similar).

Strong collaboration and communication skills; proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in fintech, foreign exchange, financial services, or SaaS is highly desirable.

Compensation and benefits The salary range is $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 USD. Exact offer depends on experience, location, and other factors. Variable bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits are included for full-time roles (minimum 24 hours/week).
