Our client is expanding their HR Technology team and seeks experienced Workday HRIS Analysts who are hands-on with configurations, integrations, and reportingnot just end users. These direct hire roles focus on optimizing Workday functionality, supporting HR and Payroll operations, and enhancing data accuracy and system processes. Key Responsibilities
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday HR modules. Develop and optimize custom reports, dashboards, and analytics. Support system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements. Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to align system capabilities with business needs. Train and support end-users, while providing strategic recommendations for system improvements. Lead Workday projects. Maintain a proactive approach to data integrity and automation. Qualifications
5+ years HRIS experience with at least 2+ years working hands-on with Workday (not just as a user). Strong skills in Workday configurations, security, integrations, and reporting. Deep understanding of HRIS and Payroll system partnerships. Critical thinker with a passion for problem-solving and process improvement. Independent, self-starter who builds strong relationships across teams. Preferred: Experience with Workday integrations and automation; experience supporting multiple brands within a large organization. Benefits
