We are seeking a talented individual to lead the implementation of Adobe Marketo for our organization. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a major global player while supporting flexible working hours. Responsibilities

Overseeing the implementation and management of marketing automation systems using Adobe Marketo. Collaborating closely with marketing teams to design and execute automated campaigns that drive results. Analyzing campaign performance data and optimizing workflows to enhance marketing effectiveness. Staying current with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation to ensure top-notch execution. Ensuring all automation processes comply with data protection regulations. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following: A proven history of successful Adobe Marketo implementations, particularly in B2B settings (please be prepared to share case studies or references). Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) or higher, such as Marketo Certified Solutions Architect. Familiarity with the Adobe Experience Cloud and Marketo's role within it. Strong expertise in Marketo Smart Campaigns, Programs, Smart Lists, and Tokens. Experience setting up and optimizing nurture campaigns, lead scoring, and segmentation strategies. Proficiency in integrating Marketo with CRM systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics. Knowledge of data governance practices, including deduplication and database management. Understanding of Marketo Landing Page and Email Template customization using HTML/CSS. Ability to align marketing automation strategies with the organization's business goals. Experience in designing lead lifecycle models and revenue funnels. Expertise in engagement programs, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and personalization initiatives. Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and relevant data privacy regulations affecting marketing automation. A clear implementation methodology, whether phased rollout or full migration. Capability to provide a comprehensive project plan, including milestones and timelines. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with marketing, sales, and IT teams. A willingness to train internal teams on best practices for using Marketo. Ability to produce documentation deliverables, such as campaign setup guides, process flows, and playbooks. Seniority level
