Job Description
Manage projects from bid award through completion, owning full P&L responsibility Oversee schedules, budgets, invoicing, timesheets, and material take-offs Coordinate with builders, inspectors, subcontractors, and other trades to keep projects on track Handle change orders, pre-construction meetings, and daily site activities Ensure all documentation and reporting is accurate and timely MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
7+ years in heavy civil construction, focusing on public works, highways, and site development Experience in estimating/pre-construction AND project management Experience with demolition, excavation, underground utilities, site concrete, and asphalt paving Familiarity working in Philadelphia is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HCSS (HeavyBid), Agtek, and Primavera P6 preferred Bachelor's degree and negotiated project experience a bonus What's on Offer
