Job Description

Prepare detailed cost estimates for large-scale site work, excavation, and demolition projects Analyze drawings, specs, and site conditions to develop accurate takeoffs and pricing Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes Collaborate with the owner and project managers to develop bid strategies Assist in project handoff and support field teams with scope clarification Maintain historical cost data and help refine estimating tools and processes MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant

3+ years of experience estimating

civil/site development projects Strong understanding of excavation, grading, utilities, and roadwork Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., HCSS, Agtek, or similar) Ability to read and interpret civil plans and specs Excellent communication and organizational skills Self-starter who enjoys working closely with leadership What's on Offer
