As a Network Administrator, you will play a critical role in administering, managing, and supporting the Citys enterprise networks, SCADA, and traffic network services. This includes network infrastructure, hardware, security, and documentation. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of LAN/WAN network administration experience, strong troubleshooting and network security skills, and the ability to collaborate with departments, agencies, vendors, and service providers to ensure secure and reliable technology. Bachelors degree in information systems/technology or related field; OR a combination of education and experience totaling 8 years. Minimum four (4) years of experience in the design and maintenance of enterprise LAN/WAN networks. Valid Washington State drivers license within 30 days of hire. Professional-level network certifications. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with HPE/Aruba, WatchGuard, Barracuda, Meraki, and Siemens hardware. Knowledge of structured cabling, network protocols, and internet standards. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Comprehensive Benefits Package

Physical requirements include dexterity of hands and fingers, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling, and working in confined spaces to pull cables and install equipment.
