As the IT Systems Administrator, you will play a critical role in maintaining, optimizing, and integrating enterprise systems to support operational and strategic goals across the City. This position is focused on automation, system integration, and enterprise application performance. Responsibilities
The information below describes the responsibilities and the scope of the role as presented: Collaborate with departments across the organization to implement technology solutions, support enterprise applications, and develop integrations and reports to drive data-informed decision-making. Bachelors degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum two (2) years of experience in enterprise application administration, automation, or system integration Experience working with ERP systems, HR systems, or document management platforms Valid Washington State drivers license PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Tyler Munis or Tyler New World, Laserfiche, NeoGov, or similar enterprise platforms Familiarity with automation tools such as Power Automate, Zapier, or SnapLogic Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, SQL, and data reporting tools such as SSRS, Crystal Reports, and Power BI Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred COMPREHENSIVE BENEFITS PACKAGE
The City offers a full benefits package for the employee and all eligible dependents covered at low premiums including: Medical at $153.70/month, dental at $11.59/month, and vision coverage at $6.54/month Basic life insurance paid by the City; optional supplemental life insurance 12 days of vacation and 12 days of sick leave annually (available upon accrual) 10 holidays, plus 1 floating holiday per year Washington State DRS retirement plan with a guaranteed monthly benefit City contributes 4% to a 457 Deferred Compensation Plan (optional employee contribution) Additional benefits: EAP, Tuition Assistance, FSA, Long-Term Disability, Aflac, and Flexible Scheduling (per department approval) SAFETY / WORK CONDITIONS
