Our clients U.S. Real Estate platform has executed more than 1,000 transactions nationwide, with deep expertise across sectors such as residential, industrial, life sciences, senior living, student housing, and self-storage. Responsibilities

Financial Analysis Maintain and enhance asset-level models, including capitalization structures, waterfalls, and projected returns. Strategic Asset Management Support leasing initiatives, tenant negotiations, recapitalization efforts, and development projects. Performance Tracking Participate in calls with partners, monitor progress against asset business plans, and prepare quarterly reviews. Valuation & Reporting Assist with net asset value calculations, equity valuations, and internal reporting deliverables. Expected Outcomes

Within 15 Days Gain familiarity with the firms systems, processes, and asset management tools. Begin supporting financial modeling and reporting under senior guidance. Build relationships with internal stakeholders and operating partners. Within 30 Days Contribute independently to asset-level models and scenario analyses. Participate in partner calls and begin preparing sections of quarterly asset reviews. Engage in early leasing or development analyses to support decision-making. Within 45 Days Confidently manage financial models and valuation analyses for assigned assets. Provide clear, actionable recommendations during reviews and strategy sessions. Demonstrate ability to balance multiple projects with accuracy and timeliness. Requirements

Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or related field from a top academic institution with a GPA of 3.5 or above. 23 years of financial analyst experience at a leading financial institution. Direct exposure to real estate investment or acquisitions. Advanced Excel skills with expertise in financial modeling; working knowledge of Argus. Strong grasp of capital structures, including debt and equity instruments. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and accountability. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment. Ability to travel within the U.S. Schedule

Full-time, based in Washington DC, with hybrid flexibility.
