Landman Negotiator

to pursue opportunities for acquiring real estate, including Oil and Gas Mineral interests, Coal, or Real Estate Property. This on-site position is based in Dover and requires working 5 days a week. About Us

Bachelor's Degree Negotiating experience Experience with landman or title work in oil and gas, particularly in the Utica Shale Ability to extract information from court records Skill in compiling legal documents into reports Proven success in sales, preferably in real estate Responsibilities and Duties

Identify and pursue opportunities to acquire real estate interests Negotiate agreements for acquisitions of Oil and Gas Mineral interests, Coal, or Real Estate Develop and maintain positive relationships with landowners Secure rights for oil and gas development to support exploration and production Draft or revise surface use agreements, rights-of-way, easements, and other surface contracts Leverage experience with the Utica Shale to identify ideal properties for acquisition Ensure timely processing and closing of transactions Act as a liaison between the company and landowners Address and resolve title and contractual disputes Benefits
